Call the Sun City West Posse at (623) 584-5808 and a message will be left with the R.U.O.K. coordinator.The Coordinator will call you and set up an appointment to fill out an application or fill out the form below and we’ll contact you in the next 24 / 48 hours.
The application consists of the necessary information for the program to work: Your Name, Phone Number, Emergency Contacts, Doctor, Clergy Contacts and Physical Impairments. Naturally, this information is not given out to anyone and is used for the express purpose of the R.U.O.K. Program.
